Appointment Policy We, at Animal Medical Center understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, when you do not call-in advance at least 24 hours to cancel your appointment you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment. Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. As a courtesy, we make every effort to remind clients and confirm appointments by texts/calls and emails prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice by an answered phone call with one of our receptionists. Voicemail messages left after hours do not qualify as advanced notice. Owner’s who fail to show for their scheduled appointment, or cancel an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, are subject to a fee that will be charged to your account. It will need to be paid prior to making any future appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be applied to your account. After the 3rd time of either canceling with less than a 24 hour notice or No Showing for an appointment, you will be dismissed as a client/patient. If appointments are made for 2 or more pets, each appointment made would count as a No Show/Canceled less than 24hrs. Please be advised that there are no exceptions to this policy.
